Our DTF clothing is a little different from our handmade range.

These garments are ready-made wholesale clothing with our DTF designs professionally applied, rather than garments made from scratch by us. This means the sizing is based on the manufacturer's standard measurements rather than our handmade patterns.

And, as always, age is only a guide. Kids, tweens and adults can all vary hugely in height, build and proportions so checking the measurements is the best way to find the right fit.

💜 How to measure

The easiest way to choose your size is to use a soft tape measure and compare your measurements with the relevant chart below.

When measuring:

• Keep the tape measure snug but not tight.
• Don't pull the tape into the body.
• Measure over lightweight clothing or normal underwear.
• Keep the tape level where appropriate.
• For the best results, have someone else help with measuring if possible.

Our kids' and tween age ranges are a useful starting point, but actual measurements are the best way to choose your size.

For adults, we'd also recommend checking the measurements rather than relying on your usual high-street size, as sizing can vary between manufacturers and garment styles.

💜 Choosing between sizes

If your measurements sit comfortably within one size, that's usually the best place to start.

If you're between sizes, think about how you'd like the garment to fit. Some of our DTF garments are designed to be more fitted, while others have a relaxed or oversized shape.

The measurements in the charts are there to help you make that decision.

If you're unsure which size to choose, please get in touch before ordering. We'd much rather help you choose the closest fit before you place your order.

🖤 A note about DTF garments

Because these garments are wholesale base garments, the sizing, fit and measurements are determined by the original manufacturer.

We don't alter the garment pattern ourselves, we add the DTF design to the finished garment.

This means that sizing can vary between different garment styles and manufacturers, so please always check the relevant size chart for the specific product you're looking at.

A hoodie from one range may fit differently from a t-shirt from another, even if they're labelled with the same size.

💜 What if I'm between sizes?

That's completely normal.

If you're between two sizes, consider:

• How you'd like the garment to fit
• Whether the garment is fitted, regular or oversized
• Whether you'd like some extra room
• The measurements of the garment you're buying

Our handmade garments can sometimes be altered because we make them ourselves from our own patterns. Our DTF garments are different. They're pre-made wholesale garments, so we're unable to change the garment's cut, length or measurements before applying the design.

Please make sure you've checked the sizing carefully before ordering.

Our DTF range gives you the Alt Originals designs you love on ready-made garments, making them a little different from our handmade pieces. The garment itself is manufactured for us, while the design is professionally applied using DTF printing. So while we haven't made the actual garment from scratch, we've still made it Alt Originals. 🖤
