Our upcycled pieces can cost a little more than our standard clothing because the original garment is included in the price.
You're not just paying for the finished piece, you're also paying for the original tee, the time spent sourcing it, and the work that goes into transforming it into something completely new.

Our Send Your Own service means you provide the garment, so a lower upcycling price applies. You get to keep the original memories while we give the garment a whole new life.

If an item is available to purchase as-is, you'll be able to choose that option from the listing.
🖤 Returns & refunds
Alt Encore pieces are upcycled and/or fully bespoke and customised, so they are made specifically as unique pieces rather than standard off-the-shelf garments.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns simply because you've changed your mind or no longer want the item, unless applicable consumer rights require otherwise.
If your item arrives with a fault, defect or we've made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always work with you to put things right.
